Ninja Theory (Hellblade): the importance of the details that make a job! | Xbox One

Ninja Theory is a studio known and renowned for its sense of detail and the search for realism. British developers have proven time and time again that their work can make you both actor and spectator. For their next projects, however, we will have to think about raising our heads at stake…

Every detail counts

It is extremely important for us to achieve a high level of realism from the reference material. This even includes precisely located bird droppings.

This weekend, developer Ninja Theory’s Twitter account surprised everyone. Indeed, a video has been shared, showing the progress made in terms of artificial intelligence and procedurally generated universes. You can see birds on a cliff and… Doing their business, all analyzed using software!

If the title concerned is not mentioned, it would seem that the dark world that we see on the screen is that of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, whose decorations are inspired by Icelandic beaches. Ninja Theory developers love sharing creative moments with a high degree of realism. It will even be a strong argument for the next adventures of Senua which should surpass the previous ones.

It will however be necessary to wait several more months before knowing if the birds, as well as their natural projectiles, will constitute a form of adversity in game. Unless this is an argument of realism for the amateurs of virtual photo… Whatever that Anyway, Ninja Theory is not at its first attempt in terms of reproduction fidelity and this can only be beneficial.
