TOUR DE FRANCE – “It’s never happened to me, it’s funny”. These words are those of Laurent Luyat. The presenter of France Télévisions, at the head of the show Bike Club, broadcast after each Tour de France race, announced on Thursday July 21 that it was withdrawing from the screens until the end of this 109th Grande Boucle. The one who also animated the kick-off of the different stages justified this choice by health concerns.
“Friends, for health concerns (no big deal) I won’t be able to finish the Tour, I’m sorry (…) Thank you for all these good times spent together. See you in Munich for the European Championships”, wrote the journalist on Twitter. It is therefore Alexandre Pasteur, the gentleman Tour de France Télé, that viewers found microphone in hand alongside Marion Rousse and Laurent Jalabert this Thursday afternoon.
Friends, for health concerns (no big deal) I won’t be able to finish the Tour 😥 I’m sorry. It’s never happened to me, it’s funny. Thank you for all the good times spent together. See you in Munich for the European Championships 😉

“Thank you so much for all your messages. The sadness at the airport, to also leave this magnificent team. But nothing serious, that’s the main thing. A few days of rest and it will be better”, then reassured the sports face of the audiovisual group.
Thank you so much for all your messages. The sadness at the airport 😓, to also leave this magnificent team. But nothing serious, that’s the main thing. A few days of rest and it will be fine.

The public should, however, find him very soon for the European championships in Munich. Broadcast on France Télé from August 11 to 21, these will bring together 12 Olympic disciplines, two years from the Paris Olympics. Laurent Luyat must ensure the live sets there alongside Cécile Grès and Matthieu Lartot.
